He is also an Ordained Deacon serving the Parish of St. Louis Gonzaga in Utica, New York. Peter W. Hobaica, son of Peter M. Hobaica, has been practicing law for nearly 20 years. He also is a native of Utica, graduating from Hartwick College, and then Syracuse University of College of Law in 2003. He specializes in civil litigation, serious personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, bankruptcy, decedents estates, real estate, criminal defense, and vehicle and traffic.

B. Brooks Benson has been an attorney in the Utica area for almost 35 years. He graduated from Brown University and Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1986. He also graduated from Princeton Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity in 1983. He specializes in social security disability, personal injury, and workers’ compensation.
